- What are the Canada Post parcel weight and size limits?
- Canada Post domestic parcel services (Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, Priority) accept packages up to 30 kg. Maximum length is 200 cm; length plus girth (2×width + 2×height) cannot exceed 300 cm. Volumetric weight is calculated as (L × W × H in cm) divided by the service's DIM divisor — 5,000 for Priority, Xpresspost, and Expedited Parcel, or 6,000 for Regular Parcel — and you're billed at whichever is greater, actual or volumetric weight.
- What is the difference between Canada Post Expedited and Xpresspost?
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivers in 1–7 business days and is the most cost-effective tracked service, but requires either a Solutions for Small Business discount card or a commercial account. Xpresspost delivers in 1–2 business days with a money-back on-time guarantee and is available at retail pricing without an account. Both include tracking and up to $100 compensation.
